Our Original Culinary Matcha, is a beautiful light emerald green colour, grown in the well renowned tea fields in Uji, Kyoto. This matcha is characterised by a delicate umami taste, and a mild bitterness, combined with an intense natural sweet floral smell. Recommended for use by baristas, patissier and chocolatiers a like. Perfect for lattes, smoothies, baked goods, desserts and any other culinary creation!
To prepare, add 1/2 tsp scoop of matcha into your favourite matcha bowl and add 200ml of warm water (80° C). Whisk together until frothy and enjoy!
