Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Typically, your order will be despatched in the same day if you place your order before 12PM AEST Monday-Friday.

How long before my order arrives?

Your order should arrive within 2-5 business days for Standard Domestic, 1-2 business days for Express Domestic or 5-10 business days for International Standard.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We typically use Auspost, but we may change carriers at any time without any prior notice.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, sign in to Your Account or check your shipment confirmation email for tracking details. In your account you can see your latest purchase. The ‘Order Status’ will initially be ‘Processing’ after you place your order, but will change to ‘Shipped’ once your order has been dispatched. Once the order status has been changed to 'Shipped', you will be able to follow the tracking for it.

International Orders

Do you take International Orders?

Yes! Simply put your address in during checkout and select the international shipping option, you will receive your order within 5-10 business days.

 

Returns

What is your Returns Policy?

- Item(s) must be returned within 90 days of purchase (unless the item(s) is/are defective).

- Item(s) must be returned in original condition with original packaging (unless the item(s) is/are defective).

- Item(s) must have all tags and stickers attached.

- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable (unless the item(s) is/are deemed defective by us).

- Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method (Gift Cards will be credited to your account).

- Customers bear the risk of loss for all items shipped to Matcha Me until Matcha Me accepts and receives the delivery from the customer's freight carrier.

How do I return or exchange items that I’ve purchased?

In order to return an item to us for a refund, you should first use the contact form below to find out if you are eligible for a return (you will be required to state your original order number). Any order outside of the 90 day period or an order that is not defective, will not be processed for a refund.

You should then send your goods back to our returns warehouse as per the address emailed to you, ensuring that your original order number is written on the box.

 

Matcha

What is Matcha?

Matcha is made from high quality green tea leaves that are shade grown to promote the production of caffeine and amino acid theanine inside the leaves. The combination of natural chemicals in the shade grown plants are responsible for the feeling of calm and focus that matcha provides. The matcha leaves are then picked, stems and veins removed, and stone ground into a fine powder so that it can be dissolved into water (or soy milk if you like matcha lattes)! Continue reading here.

What's so great about this Matcha stuff?

Try it for yourself, and you will quickly realise how divine the taste is! Matcha has the same amount of caffeine as coffee, but doesn't have the crash that is often associated with drinking coffee. Matcha will typically leave you more energised, yet calm and focused. This is attributed to the presence of L-Theanine in Matcha, a naturally occurring amino acid. Because you are directly digesting the whole tea in a powder form, rather than brewing the tea, you receive an even greater amount of L-Theanine

What can I do with my Matcha?

Is your matcha free from radiation?

The matcha we source is grown over 700km from the Fukushima plant, in Kyoto. The area was never reported to have any radiation in its tea. Our matcha is tested yearly as per the Japanese governments regulations.
